    • If your return or claim is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
  4. Damages and Technical Issues:

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you experience any technical issues, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the items.
    • We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
  5. Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges are only available for items that are damaged or have technical issues upon receiving.
    • You have 7 days from the date of receiving the item to request an exchange.
    • The item to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original accessories and packaging.
  6. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items fall under the category of personal items and cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These items include but are not limited to:

      • Teeth flossers
